THE INSERTION OF TDICS BY TEACHERS FROM THE STATE EDUCATION NETWORK IN NOVO HAMBURGO/RS: AN ANALYSIS OF THE TRANSFORMATION IN THEIR WORK PRACTICES.
TDICs, organization of teaching work, continuing training
This study investigates the impact of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDICs) on the organization of teaching work, focusing on the state education network of Novo Hamburgo, RS. The qualitative research involved bibliographic analysis and field research with 31 teachers, revealing the benefits of TDICs, such as greater efficiency and planning, but also challenges related to inadequate infrastructure, lack of training and work overload. As a response, we propose the development of an online course in MOOC format, aimed at training teachers in the strategic use of TDICs to optimize their routine, reduce workload and promote innovative pedagogical practices. The research offers contributions to public policies that value teachers, proposing improvements in continuing education and working conditions, with a view to more efficient education aligned with contemporary demands.
