SUMMARY:
In the year 2020 due to a pandemic situation, face-to-face classes in education basic education in the state of Rio Grande do Sul were suspended. The educational process started to be carried out by remote classes, in this format the Digital Technologies of Information and Communication (TDICs) were used to facilitate the classes. In this context, the pedagogical practice of teachers has possibly undergone changes, as well as the level of digital literacy of these teachers were tested, for the use of technologies in education. In this sense, this research has the general objective analyze the process of use and appropriation of teachers regarding the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDICs) during the class period remote areas, identifying the digital literacy process of teachers. as goals specific aims: to identify the difficulties that the teachers presented in the their pedagogical work during the period of remote classes, due to the pandemic due to Covid-19; evaluate the adequacy of the teachers' material and technological resources, as well as its training process (digital literacy) during the period that taught remote classes; propose a planning of essential items for a eventual need for emergency remote teaching The research will be applied with teachers of the state education network in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, with the schools located in the municipality of Cachoeirinha. As for the research methodology the approach will be quantitative-qualitative. As research instruments will be used: an online questionnaire, prepared in Google Forms that will be sent to the participants by e-mail and Whatsap and semi-structured interviews. The interviews will be carried out with six teachers, two from each stage of basic education: elementary school I and II, and high school, with two school management professionals (principal or vice-principal) and with two pedagogical supervisors, totaling ten interviews. This way, analyzing the main changes in pedagogical practice with the use of TDICs and investigating the difficulties faced by state teachers in the use of technologies and the practice of remote teaching. We intend to rethink and seek alternatives to improve pedagogical practice in schools and to have knowledge of what is necessary in education to face atypical situations such as the case of a pandemic.
