SUMMARY:

Continuing education for teachers in higher education is essential to meet the demands of an ever-changing educational scenario. Innovative and creative strategies are essential to engage adult students, considering their particularities, such as the multiple responsibilities and gaps left by basic education. In this context, the importance of methodologies that promote interaction between teachers and students stands out, allowing for the joint construction of knowledge. The use of digital technologies and hybrid methodologies also becomes crucial, requiring teachers to constantly update their pedagogical practices to offer more meaningful and effective learning experiences. In this sense, we will conduct a field study in order to diagnose the difficulties teachers face in keeping up with these new educational and methodological demands in the current educational scenario. Based on this survey, an educational product will be developed to address these difficulties.
